Any advice?

I had been talking to this guy for about a month and we ended up hooking up yesterday. There were times when the interaction was kind of awkward but I assumed it was simple nervousness between us. After I left he texted me that he doesn’t want to see me again.

I’m genuinely hurt, not because he doesn’t want to see me but because I feel used.

Anyone have experience with this and how to get over it?
