Headaches
I’ve been getting headaches almost everyday. I try my best with my water intake. Usually try to get 60 oz a day. This heat is killing me and making the headaches worse. I’ll have to tell my ob at my next appointment. But it isn’t until august and I’m currently on vacation. Any tips or tricks for everyday headaches? I’m 16 weeks 3 days
