Boost nutritional drink gives me stomach pain?

Question

Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t drink them too often and much less now but the last two times I drank it it gave me:
1. Stomach pains
2. Nausea
3. Bathroom pains
I’m trying to help maintain my weight since I tend to struggle but :( 
Btw I specifically drink Boost Plus

Most common cause is drinking it too fast, that’s the mistake I made. Liquid nutrition is easier for your body to digest and Boost is so packed with nutrients that if you drink too fast it basically overwhelms your body, causing upset stomach and a nauseous feeling. 
Also if you’re sensitive to lactose or soy lecithin that could be a cause too.

It may be the isolated protein that is added to these drinks? Or maybe it has sugar alcohol, those can absolutely get me. It could also be whey or isolated casien, a common ingredient in these drinks which bugs some people who may have a light dairy intolerance. 
Some people also have issues with certain vitamins, like B vitamins, D & iron are hard to digest. Too much zinc can also cause stomach issues in some people- apparently me, lol. 
The overprocessed ingredients in these drinks can definitely bother certain people. I have issues with these drinks too, bloating and stomach pain- I can have ensure powder mixed with soy milk, but only a small amount and one day in a row, and I can also tolerate 1/4 scoop of hypoallergenic rice protein powder in soy milk, with extremely few added ingredients.

They’re filled with garbage. It’s not surprising they make you feel like shit. If you’re looking for protein, eat high protein meals or find a clean protein powder. Sunwarrior makes a good one.
