What to pack in my hospital bag??

Question

When I had my first, I went into early labor and didn't even have anything packed. So when I was in labor I was so unprepared I brought handfuls of thongs and a phone charger 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ yikes. 
If you have any recommendations for what you think I may need, and what you might think baby and daddy needs so that way we are the most prepared this time around. Thank you all in advance!!

Just what I can think of off the top of my head
Adult diapers
Comfy lounge wear for after birth or going home
Velcro swaddles for baby- didn’t bring these last time and it would have been so much easier so for sure bringing these this time
Chapstick
Extra long phone charger
Going home outfit for baby in newborn and 0-3 depending on how big they are
Change of clothes for partner
Anything you might want to bring for pictures, I brought a letter board last time and I’m doing the same this time for announcement pictures 
Your own pillow and blanket plus one for your partner
Binky
Sound machine
And then of course any toiletries, makeup, blow dryer or stuff like that if you want. The hospital will most likely provide you everything you need but it’s nice to have your own stuff. The toothbrushes suck at the hospital lol.  I didn’t pack diapers for baby or any postpartum things except the adult diapers because the hospital should also provide all that stuff and you can take it home with you too.

For me. 
Phone charger, power brick, camera (im a photographer by day so thats how im filling my time in the hospital haha), i have a few low lights to use during labor and recovery so i dont have to be blinded by the hospital lights, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofa, deodorant, tooth brush, tooth paste, tooth picks, ear swabs, and i treafed myself to brand new slippers. Oh and one outfit to go home in. 
For baby.
3 outfits (again, im a photographer... so this kiddo going to be dressed to impress), swaddle blanket, hakka pump. 
For dad.
He is grown and can pack his own bag.

Outfit for you and baby to go home in. My hospital provided everything else baby needed including clothes while you’re in the hospital and swaddles, so a going home outfit and the car seat was all I needed. I did bring a cute swaddle for pictures. 
Robe or pjs for you to wear in the hospital. That being said, I barely wore the stuff I packed and basically just wore bra and underwear or the hospital gown or hospital robe. Hospital provided all postpartum supplies including underwear. 
Other things: toiletries, phone charger (bonus if it has a long cord in case outlets aren’t near by), shower shoes and/or slip on shoes or slippers, snacks. 
If you’d like you can bring a pillow from home but I didn’t. 
For your hubby/partner: clothes, toiletries, snacks!

One thing I didn’t plan for... was an emerg c-section. I brought 5 pairs of the same underwear that was mid rise, and the elastic was exactly on my incision, so uncomfortable!
So my advice is to bring 2-3 different kinds of undies, juuuust in case.
