I only take one but you do both at night time.  Studies show they don’t do anything to help if you take them in the morning for some reason

2 at once. I would call the pharmacy and ask If you can split them. But the recommendation is right there on the left side. The pictures with sun and moon, morning, afternoon, evening, night
