I had a miscarry in March, then did 2 rounds of letrozole the 2 months after the mc, this is my first natural cycle not in ovulation inducing medication, could I be ovulating this late?

Now of course that just means your cycle will be like 34-39 days long if you don't get pregnant

It most certainly is not too late to Ovulate. It doesn't matter when you ovulate as long as you luteal phase (from Ovulation to period) is no shorter than 10 days 
I have a 35 day cycle and I ovulate between cd 21-23
