Good day gone bad

I had a scare today, this is going to be a little TMI but I was masturbating and enjoying it, when I finished I stood up to clean myself off and I felt dripping so I looked down and there was blood everywhere. I got so scared I ran to my mom's room crying and she called my husband and then she called an ambulance the operator told me to lay down and stay comfortable and to try to control my breathing. When I got to the hospital they assured me that even with what I was doing it was not my fault and that masturbating is healthy during pregnancy. They tested my blood and did an ultrasound and after words they told me the baby was fine but to be more careful in the future, I am going to be needing to take it easy for the next couple of days and I'll have to change my hours at my job but all is good and hopefully my job will understand. I've still got cramping and a small amount of bleeding but they told me that that was okay.
