Bbt help
Hi everyone
I'm still trying to get my head around bbt do you think my dpo is correct. My bbt before ovulation is all up and down as we had a heat wave in the uk so had my fan on at night. Plus I had the vaccine on cd14 so I'm not sure if that messed with my bbt.
I have various apps and there are some that is giving different dpos. For the past 3 days I've had really bad lower back pain.
What does everyone think thanks in advance
