Opk advice please

I haven’t really been testing with opk as I found it too stressful and I wanted to relax more but Yesterday at dinner time I took a random opk and it was very dark (shade away from peak according to glow ) put a poll out and most said close with some saying peak . But today it’s lighter so do you think I maybe hit my peak in the morning and I missed it or the day before . I have been BD regularly but just wanted to take the pressure off with the opk as have PCOS .
