Braxton hick contractions
Hello this is my first pregnancy so I’m not trying to freak out I’m 22 weeks and I feel as if I’m having pretty bad back contractions to the point it makes me want to throw up and at the moment I can’t eat anything I have no pressure or pain in my uterus area just my back is this normal
