Anyone else struggle to count contractions?
Hi All,
FULL of questions at the moment. I'm at 36 weeks and 3 days. I have been told to count contractions and if I get 10 in 10 mins to go to hospital. But I struggle to count them, as sometimes the feeling (like period pain) lasts around 5 mins and then goes and sometimes I can not always tell if they stopped ans started again, or if it just long pain! How do you do it? Thanks,
