I’ve been in training for about a month with this huge company and for our department it’s normal to get promoted as early as 6 months. We Skype each other as a group and stay on there for the full day and we’ll input our answers into the chat box. This one guy answers everything even if someone else was asked for the answer. Hell randomly ask joke questions or include stupid sarcastic answers to stuff. Several times if someone in a higher up group comes to talk to our team he’ll then be like give me their position or something like that several times a week. Our supervisor said we’ll be considered for the roles by really standing out. So he said I hope I stand out and she said you do talking wise, but we’re looking for people to stand out metric and call score wise. Part of me feels like he’ll be instantly chosen because he’s constantly like in your face. I do participate as well and have made my trainer laugh but I’m not out there 24/7 like him
