Medication during pregnancy

So, I found out last week that I am 5 weeks pregnant but my first appointment isn’t until next Tuesday. I am currently a Mom to a 5 year old boy & a 3 year old boy. I am also dual enrolled in 2 nursing schools to get my ADN concurrently with my BSN. I have 10 months left until I graduate in May with my ADN & I will graduate 6 months later in December with my BSN. I am already freaking out about trying to finish nursing school with a newborn and 2 others but I’ve worked so hard and I have a 4.0 GPA at both schools. 3 years ago after my Mom suddenly passed my doctor put me on Xanax to control my anxiety as it was awful and we tried everything else. I’ve been on 0.25mg for 3 years. Never upped it. Never taken more. I’m not worried about being weaned off of it (although seems a little late) because after 3 years I doubt the medication is working as it used to anyway having never changed the dose. I also take Adderall XR 20mg a day. This is the one I am worried about. I do not think I can finish school without it. And I’m terrified about that because I was doing this for my sons and I feel like I’m cheating them out of something. That might seem silly but it’s how I feel. Sadly, my first appointment is a video appointment but I’m just at a loss in terms of what I should do.
