Annovulatory cycle?

I’m not sure what’s going on and hoping for some support… I was diagnosed with PCOS after a diagnostic lap in June. He noticed my ovaries and did the ovarian drilling procedure on them and I ovulated finally 3 weeks after that procedure. This month I had some spotting on CD 11 and no other symptoms of ovulation since then… I started using OPKs around CD 13 and all have been negative. I’m on CD 20 now and nothing. No EWCM, no typical ovary pain, nothing! I did have a really sharp pain in my uterus Saturday and I’ve had cramping on and off since then and I have no idea what’s happening.
