Spicy Food
Anybody else experience this? My baby goes haywire and starts moving about a lot whenever I eat spicy food. I googled it and research says we can eat spicy food while pregnant. I wonder if he likes it or just really hates it. That’s the only thing he moves about that much for lol. He doesn’t move as much with sweets. Should I bring this up at my next appointment?
