FRM & I need feedback! Moving across several states with 2 yesr old

My daughter, first child is 2 yrs 3 months. Moving into a lovely home. I also have to add, not being sarcastic at all, I have 0 design skills lol.

Facts:

- We are moving from up north to down south.

- She’s never been in daycare. Plans to start a Montessori school in September, 3 days week.

- With these big changes we want to transition her slowly!

1. I want to buy her a swing set she can grow into. Any recommendations? Brands? Sizes? I see these things can run up to $13k.

2. She’ll have her own loft. It’s pretty large, 25x18

I want to set up a reading area and on the other side her play area then a arts and craft areas. I’m looking for inspiration here folks lol, how should I set it up?

3. She’ll have her own master suite upstairs, her own bathroom, 2 sinks, large walk in closet. What are some safety things I need to look out for / or need to buy. First the first few weeks we plan to co sleep at night, and have her get used to moving first. Naps will be in her room though as soon as we get her bed set up.

4. Also I want to get her a kiddie activity pool with a slide and sprinklers. Any recommendations here?
