Bleeding

Hi just wanted some advice my ovulation was around 18 of this month one app said and another said the 22nd I had sex all that week and I’m suppose to start my period August 5th but i think it came today I have sore boobs my stomach is in pain and burning snd my back cramps I have irregular periods so either I’m a couple days late or so so me being this early is weird to me I just don’t know if it’s my period or not it’s a light bleed and I’m usually heavy when I first have my period
