Waking but not hungry

I’ve noticed the last couple nights my son is waking in the night as usual but not taking full feeds or just keeps latching and unlatching, doesnt really seem hungry? I’ve also sorta noticed it during the day. Should I just be trying to get him back to bed before feeding him? It just seems weird he’s waking if he’s not hungry. His diaper isn’t super soaked, can’t get a burp out, so why would he be waking? He is 8 weeks and breastfed. Typically would feed at bed, and 2-3x in the night/early AM. Thanks all.
