5 weeks 2 days pregnant - no symptoms

I am pregnant my third time. My first is now 1.5 yo and my second ended up in a blighted ovum miscarriage a few months ago. I knew something was off with my second pregnancy because I didn’t have any symptoms compared to my first pregnancy which I had the typical sore breasts, hunger, tiredness, nauseas, dizzy in the morning, cramps. I am now 5 weeks pregnant and don’t have any breast pain. The only symptom I feel I currently have are cramps and I am dizzy when I get up in the morning. I also have very very light discharge. These symptoms don’t even compare to my first pregnancy so I am concerned. Anyone else feel this way?

I should say that my initial hcg blood work looked good. First scan in two weeks.
