First period after surgery

I'm just wondering if anyone had the gullbladder surgery and if it affected their period? I had my surgery done three weeks ago and when I went to the hospital that's when my period ended and my period is coming up this week, I'm just wondering if the experience changed anything?

Ok little update, my period did come two days late. I was excited, anxious and in a new routine so was expecting it being a little late. And this is my second period after having my baby. So it's a rollercoaster one.
