I’m about 11 days late for my period and I haven’t taken about 4 tests and they are all negative.

I just got off of my birth control at the beginning of June and I immediately had a period and as soon as it was over we started trying for baby number 2. I’m not sure if my period wasn’t actually my period but just a reaction of getting my IUD out?

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated, not sure if I should continue testing after so many negative tests!
