Hey everyone, quick summary of what happened. I got two positive pregnancy tests last week followed by multiple negatives a few days after. Yesterday at work I started to bleed and I believe it may be a miscarriage. I had two episodes of moderate pain but nothing excruciating. No clots yet. I was able to continue working and I was getting super emotional. I’m an ER nurse snd see a lot of sad situations and today I feel helpless. I know in my gut it’s a loss.
