I found out that I was pregnant on July 12 after trying for than 2 years and now that I was not trying it happened. The reason being for not trying anymore was because I have 2 fibroids, one is 7cm and the other is 4, so I wanted to get them removed first as I was told that was the reason I wasn’t getting pregnant.

Now I’m 6 weeks, I started spotting (it was very little and only went I went to the bathroom) and cramping on Friday, Saturday same thing and then on Sunday cramping got worse and there was red fresh bright blood, so I went to the ER. They ran some tests and did a vaginal ultrasound. They told me that my levels were normal but that they were not able to see the baby and only saw a yolk sac. They said that it could be 2 things, option one: Baby is too small and not visible yet. Option 2: it is a miscarriage.

I went to my OB yesterday and she agreed to it. She ordered blood test yesterday and I have another tomorrow and that they will compare if levels are going up is a good sign but if they are not, that’s not good at all. This morning I woke up bleeding almost as much as a period and had a blood clot.

Does anyone have anything like this happened to them with a successful pregnancy or a miscarriage? I just want to prepare myself I don’t want to keep on getting my hopes up.

Update 07/30/2021

Today I received a called from my OB, and my HCG were 16663 on Monday and 19000 on Wednesday, she said that the numbers should’ve double or at least increase more and now we have to wait for my ultrasound appointment next week to see how everything looks and see if the baby is okay.
