Honestly for me i like some granny panties that fit well.     The mesh panties were too loose and the giant pad kept sliding sround and it was not comfortable and was a mess.    I used the high cut panties for my csection and  for my vaginal birth and i prefer my own undies over the mesh hospital ones.

I just wore disposable underwear for the first week with the built in pad, almost like a diaper - you bleed so much it isn’t even worth using real panties IMO

Not sure if you can click the link but I have been using these. I had a surprise c section and these have been amazing, though I think they would do well after regardless how the baby is delivered. The material is a thicker cotton which is the only thing I don't like. I love them either way though
