Are you really fully pumping your breast? Like REALLY squeezing it all the way??? Bc I’ve posted on here before about how I was just testing the suction of my breast pump (manual) when I first put it together and i could NOT squeeze it all the way. It felt like my nipple was going to explode it was terrifying and I could not do it. I could do it on suckle mode but nothing more than that.

And a lot of mommies commented and said it’s bc I have nothing to pump and my boobs aren’t engorged and that’s why it feel likes that and that I shouldn’t be pumping until I have milk bc it can damage my nipple etc.

So then how are people pumping to induce labor?!!!!
