Anyone having cramping on the right side?

Question

I’m 4 weeks and 3 days and have cramping on the ride side of my abdomen/lower pelvis. Is anyone else experiencing this? Trying not to psych myself out but my mind immediately goes to worst case scenario (ectopic). 
This is my second child..could it just be my body expanding quicker than my first pregnancy? Or should I be worried?

I’ve been very crampy too which has me nervous!! Hoping all of our little babes are just getting our bodies ready for them to stay!

I have been getting dull ache/pinching pains for a week now too. Trying to recall how it was with my first two. With them I just felt like my period was due at any moment. This time I just felt nothing except the dull ache/pains when I move just right, I thought I had a cyst going on or something.

Literally the exact same thing happening to me now. Cramping and pinching on the right side. I have also had a lot of cramping, which I did with my previous two pregnancies. Most likely it’s just stretching and normal cramping !

Same!! Mine started before I took a test, that’s actually why I tested!! It felt like the cramping was also going down my leg too. But it was more like a dull/ aching feeling. I found out I was pregnant on Tuesday, and yesterday didn’t seem to be quite as bad. And it hasn’t happens this morning. Just normal cramping (kind of like period cramps) so far. But I’m trying not to think to much into it. This is my third pregnancy. And also This is my 🌈 baby!

Same im having cramping too.. its hard to think back to whether this was the same from my last pregnancy but I believe it was... but generally sone cramping is normal - but book an appointment with your dr just to check everything is A ok x

I had pain on my left side last time I was pregnant and it turned out to be a cyst the size of a grapefruit on my ovary 😱. I had to have an ultrasound each appointment to monitor it (which was awesome because I got to see the baby each time!!), but it went away on its own before baby arrived. It’s worth mentioning to your doc!

Same here! I finally tested at 4 weeks 2 days after that cramping kept going. Also, lots of round ligament pain already!
