Swelling?

Im 11 weeks and i feel like my legs are swollen. I feel like thats way too early bt i noticed my shoes feelings tighter. Anyone else have this?!

I read eating a lot of protein helps and I’ve been doing that and feel less bloated this week.  I’ve added hard boiled eggs into my
Breakfast I’m lieu of carbs and try to drink a protein shake throughout the day and snack a bit more on nuts.

It’s hot and summer, right? Also, your feet get bigger with pregnancy because of the hormone relaxin- the bones in your feet spread out more just with your regular weight. Before my first I would wear a 8.5 and I’ve worn a 9 ever since. Pretty sad to outgrow your shoe collection by a half size…
