Arrest Record
Sorry I know this is the wrong group and I’ll delete it soon but my friend recently had to be taken into mental health treatment at a hospital (inpatient/psych ward). She’s claiming that since the officer had to arrest her to transport her there this will stay on her record and show up when she tried to apply for jobs. Is this true?
