Bedtimes for Teenagers?
I was just watching a show, and the mom sent her son to bed with a one minute warning. He looked about 15 or so.
I was managing my own sleeping habits by that age entirely. I can’t imagine having that decided for me in high school. I know things have changed since the the 90’s though lol. So what age should parents step back, and start letting kids decide their own schedules.
