I don't think so my son's looks the same .. he had a checkup a couple of days ago and the Dr didn't say anything about it

My daughter's looks similar and the doctor wasn't concerned when we took her in for her 1-month check-up last Friday. You babe's doesn't look like a hernia to me, just still healing I think. My pediatrician wasn't concerned about the brown crusty stuff on my daughter's belly button either (she said you can just clean it gently with a wet cotton swab), but if it smells and/or gets pussy, give them a call.

Maybe. It could just be an outtie with slow healing, my LO still has a discolored brownish spot like that but his belly button is definitely an innie.
You could call your doctor and see if they’ll let you email the picture to them.
