possible pregnancy? help??? 😬

hi i need some assistance. so ive been having cramps

the last few days or so, along with sore breasts which is a very common symptom of mine for my period. only issue is my “period” has just been the very early light spotting, sorta light brown type deal. i just got home to a toxic household from being with my fiancé for three weeks (hes uk im us), so it might be stress, and i do also have a history of irregular periods. i’m on the pill and we used a condom every time except for once and it was for like 30 seconds... i could just be paranoid, but could i possibly be pregnant? ive stopped with the pill since yesterday to see if its just a hormonal imbalance, and like i said it could be stress, but i really dont know and if i were to talk to anyone in my house about it i would be thrown out and i cant afford to move out at the moment.
