Hi! So I’m a first time mom and my daughter is going to be 5 months next week. She is breastfed but she relies too much on my breast for sleep and soothing. Every night, she’ll wake up looking for my boob. If I don’t give it to her, shell cry. Sometimes I can’t even put her down for a nap because she just wants to nap sucking on my nipple. She won’t take a pacifier. I’ve tried many different brands and none work. I’ve tried MAM, NUK, Chicco, Tommee Tippe and Advent. I know this is my fault for getting her used to this but is there any way to stop it? Does it stop on its own?
