I’m new to this I’m a little confused on which days in July I would have possibly ovulated?? I know you can’t always depend on a app to tell when you are.

U need to use opks or track bbt to know.

You have to take your basal body temperature with a fertility thermometer (goes to 2 decimal points, I.e. 98.72). That will help you determine when/if you ovulate. You need to have 3 high temps that follow 6 low temps. You’ll have a peak of about 0.5 degrees Fahrenheit when you ovulate.
