Can vitex delay / stop ovulation ?

Question

I started taking it 2 weeks ago and I’m “supposed” to ovulate in a few days and my opk usually get darker leading up to ovulation but they’re still extremely light and not getting darker at all. Should I continue taking it? They say it can take full 3 months to see results..
Appreciate any advice please only comment if you’ve actually taken this

I’ve taken vitex and it didn’t seem to interfere with my cycles or ovulation. But I did read online that it can and it all depends on the person. I took vitex a month and fell pregnant the following month! We were trying to conceive for 5 months prior to that and vitex was the only thing we changed. I obviously can’t say 100% vitex worked but I do believe it helped me in some ways. Although it was stressful and worrying trying to wean myself off during pregnancy as it can also cause miscarriage if you just stop cold turkey. Goodluck
