False positive digital/ Close age gaps?!

Hello, can you get a false positive On a digital?! 10DPO. And has anyone aged 20 had two babies only 12 months apart?! My girl is 16 weeks old and I’ve just found out I’m Pregnant. How did you cope?

I was 24 when I had my third. She and her brother were a year and a week apart. It was rough for the first three years cause of being so close in age. They are 6/7 and have been the best of friends for a while now. Looking back it was hard but totally worth it. Boy and girl.
