Please help!

Hi everyone, I’m posting in hopes that someone can help me. Yesterday at noon (9 DPO) I decided to take a digital pregnancy test because the day prior, on 8 DPO, I started receiving faint positives on first response early result tests. The digital I took yesterday at noon came back pregnant! My husband and I were so excited. The pack I bought came with two tests so at 2:30 in the morning on 10 DPO I decided I’d take the other one.. and was surprised to see that it came back “not pregnant” it was 14 hours after the first digital I took that said pregnant. I am extremely worried and upset that I got my hopes up for nothing. I even scheduled my first appointments with my OB! When I took the 2:30 am test this morning, I had only been asleep for about two hours and woke up really needing to go and noticed that my urine was more diluted than the test I took before. I also had taken my vitamins which made my urine that intense yellow vitamin pee color. Would that cause the results to be altered? Could I still be pregnant but given those circumstances, the hcg wasn’t as high which resulted in a negative test? I can’t get my hands on another test until this evening and it’s going to be super rough. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone before ??
