Tips to turn a breech baby?

Does anyone have any tips to turn a breech baby?
 
I'm 32 weeks and having growth scans due to baby girl being small. She's been breech for 5 weeks now and they have said that if she's still breech in 3 weeks then we might have to talk about having a c-section. 
I would rather not have a c-section as I have an 18 month old at home too who needs me to be on my feet for her too.

My Son had been brreech for almost two weeks and my Dr told me to start doing 3 sets of 10 of squats. The up and down motion is supposed to help baby move into the head down position.

I’ve heard to sit in a warm bath where the lower half of your belly in submerged and put a frozen bag of vegetables or an ice pack on the top of your bump. Babe will want to put head towards the warmth.

Chiropractor. My first was breech from anatomy scan until I went to see the chiropractor for SI pain around 32 weeks. After two treatments she turned at 34 weeks.

Walking and massaging belly (not too hard) can usually help. You still have some time for the baby to turn so I wouldn’t worry too much

Ok well: 1. Spinning babies inversions (knees on sofa arms and elbows on floor). You can do around 9x a day then see if they shift. 
2. Acupuncture/moxibustion. This has around a 80-85% success rate. It may be £40 for the session. Find someone who specialises in pregnancy. 
3. Chiropractors can do a technique called the Webster technique which is helpful in manoeuvring your body and pelvis to help baby have speafe to turn. 
4. It may sound a bit “woo woo” but ensuring you clear and mental blockages you have about the birth and having a newborn. It may cause you to unknowingly hold tension preventing baby from turning. If you have any worries then write them down, talk them through with your partner and yourself mentally then burn the paper. 
5. YouTube probably has some breech relaxation scripts which can help. I can offer a hypnobirthing script via phone if you want to clear worries and help you relax - they are also very successful in helping.
