Red Raspberry Leaf tea, does it work?

Does the tea work to induce labor? How long was your labor if it did?
I heard it really does help induce, but what was your experience? 
Me: FTM currently 38+1 they will induce at 39 due to my gestational diabetes which is out of control

It may help, but there’s no solid data showing that it by itself could induce labor. The only method backed up by significant data (besides medical induction) is nipple stimulation. In a randomized study, 37% of the breast stimulation group were in labor by 3 days, whereas the non-stimulation group only 6% by day 3.

It won’t induce labor. I drank 2 cups every day starting at 34 weeks and didn’t give birth until 40 weeks

It does not induce labour. It is merely a tea “tonic” which has good vitamins and other things which help tone your uterus. It’s good to drink and can reduce the length of labour my making contractions more efficient but it won’t make labour start

Doesn’t induce you. It’s supposed to help prep your utter for labor but idk if it’s true or not. I drank it last pregnancy and idk if it made any difference at all. This pregnancy I’m drinking it too but I’m 39 and 1 and still no baby yet
