For the ladies who got bfp what did you do in the baby dancing department?

Neither, I tried not to stress it and just had fun the month I got my bfp. Every month I had bfn I was tracking and timing sex and overall worried

I agree with the first comment. My SO and I are currently long distance due to work. We would take turns flying out to eachother each month, and we would coordinate our trips when I wasn’t bleeding. Other than that, we would just have fun! Sometimes we would only bd once during the 4/5 day trips…. I got pregnant in 3 months.
I think it’s all about being stress free and enjoying yourself and allowing things to just happen. However I will say I did step up in the health department, drank less coffee , more water, healthy diet and exercise.
