Dry skin or baby acne?

My LO is 6 weeks old, at around 3.5-4 weeks little bumps started to appear on her face. From this thread and other mums I’ve spoken to it was very much like baby acne. The baby acne then spread to her cheeks and it’s as if it formed this dry skin. It’s started peeling so I’ve had to moisturise it but I’m not too sure if I’ve made it worse. I also put breastmilk on her cheeks. The dry and redness doesn’t bother her at all. It just makes me feel worse!

Anyone out there experience something like this?

My next doctors appointment is in 3 days but wanted to see there was anything I can do to alleviate the redness.
