Sciatic pain at 31 weeks
Currently 31 weeks and 4 days. The last three days I am having the absolute worst sciatic pain I have experienced so far! I can barely walk. The pain is going from my lower left back, down through my butt cheek, into my hip/groin, down my leg, in my knee, all the way down to my foot.
Do any of you ladies have any tips for some kind of relief? I am so miserable!! 😭
