What time does everyone’s babies go to bed?

My lo is 18 weeks and going thru a really rough sleep patch. Trying to figure out if changing her bedtime would help. I start getting her ready for bed at 7pm, change nappy, pjs on, bottle and story so she falls asleep between 7.30-8pm

9.30pm-10pm and sleeps till 7am without waking up. Anything before that are just naps. He takes his last nap at around 7pm.

It depends on what time his last nap ended. He has a 2 hour wake window, so bedtime falls anywhere between 6-8pm depending on his naps that day

Any where between 9pm-12am we're trying to move it between 8-10pm before September because my partner and I need to finish our last year of high school ( covid and baby made it so we needed to go for an extra year for me 1/2 for my partner)

@Helen there could be a lot of different reasons for the rough sleep patch you guys are going through. It sounds like you have a great bedtime routine and consistent bedtime range. I don’t think changing the actual bedtime would necessarily help. More important is if your baby has the skills to go to sleep independently (i.e. baby put in bed awake and baby puts self to sleep). My baby had a lot of trouble with sleeping through the night until she learned how to put herself back to sleep when she naturally wakes up at the end of a sleep cycle. Now she is able to do this 2/3 times on her own during the night, without help from me. (She usually needs help once a night to return to sleep.) Like someone else said, it is important to make sure your baby is awake long enough between the last nap of the day and bedtime. But you and your baby’s situation is unique.
