Rash all over baby’s face but nowhere else it doesn’t seem to be bothering him but it only shows up after he has a bottle, anyone know what this is?

My son had a rash very similar- only more severe, also only located on his face as an infant as well. He was diagnosed with neonatal acne. They gave us hydrocortisone cream and recommended application of breast milk. Please consult with your pediatrician prior to apply any medication as the diagnosis could maybe not be the same

Does it go away soon after feed, by your te t it sounds temporary?
I would say it is allergy by the look of it. But my sons face goes red and blotchy only during he is feeding from breast. It looks a bit different tough, yours looks like baby acne, it is a normal thing, but if it comes and goes i would say it is something else.
