Can you still swaddle baby with arms out after they learn to roll over?
I got a halo sleep sack today for my son who is 8 weeks old. I know to stop swaddling him when he can roll over, but this sleep sack swaddle can be used with arms in or out, so can I continue to use it if I put his arms out after he learns how to roll over? Or should I transition to a sleep sack that doesn’t have any swaddle capability? I’ve read mixed things online about it. Some say you can’t use it because nothing should compress their chest at all, but others say it’s perfectly fine if their arms are out.
