Baby Acne?

Do you guys think this is baby acne or something more serious to be concerned about? She is just about 4 weeks old. I gently wash her face and hands with water daily and give her a sponge bath twice a week as recommended.

Def baby acne.. this is my daughter she’s 5 weeks old today. Try putting breast milk on it, it helps clear it up

Its your hormones flushing out. They should have told you that in the hospital. Some days its a little and in different places. My baby is 1 month and hers are gone..

It does look like baby acne. But send a pic to your pediatrician just to get some peace of mind
