Covid and pregnant

So, the family I nanny for tested positive for covid last night. (i feel so bad for the baby! we thought she was teething but she’s fighting off this virus) I guess they all got hit at the same time but I have no symptoms (maybe bc i had covid last year so i have antibodies built up?) I’m going to get tested but my question is should i go to urgent care to have them check on the baby with a doppler maybe or do you think the baby should be fine if I come back positive?
