Anyone still sore?

Anyone's pelvis still sore after giving birth? I'm 1 week pp This is my 4th baby and I didn't really have the soreness with my other 3. My pelvis still is sore like when I was close to delivering.. the lightening crotch feel? Anyone else?

Mine is terrible. I’m calling the dr tomorrow to see if they can look at my stitch site. I fell flat on my back the day after I came home and I think I may have torn the stitches a bit 😩. Baby is 11 days old and I am still in a lot of pain in my whole pelvic area.

Omgosh me to I can’t even turn over in bed. I heard as long as you continue to make milk the hormone relaxin stays in your body longer making it harder for the pelvic floor to go back to normal 🥺 so I’m really stuck on what to do?
