Does anyone else with health anxiety check their neck for lumps all the time?😭

I don't check my neck, but I can be somewhat obsessive about lumps in my breasts. When my period is on its way, the girls get incredibly sore and certain glands/ducts swell and get hard, so I have a monthly freakout that I have breast cancer. I don't, but stressing about it keeps life exciting. 😬

Not really unless my throat hurts. But I do constantly have my hands there to check my heart rate. I'm overly aware of it. My husband has discovered my sneaky ways of checking my heart rate and always assures me I'm fine.

Sure, I try to see if I’m coming down with something, or my allergies are flaring up. That’s all my lymph nodes tell me, really.
