Are there any natural /holistic blood thinners. My first pregnancy I took the shot everyday . But this pregnancy I have not started all of the poking is painful and I want to do something more natural. They put me on them because I got a blood clot that developed after a car accident a few years ago. My family does not have a blood clotting disorder but in pregnancy I heard the blood can clot more. However , I just wanted to know my alternatives!
