COULD THIS MEAN IM PREGNANT?

Here is my glow calendar. I’m currently 5dpo, and I’ve been so sick for the past three days. I have congestion, cold chills, low grade fever, and a headache. My boobs have also been getting a sharp pain from time to time today. My pelvic area is so sore!!!! Could these things mean I’m pregnant?

If you tracked ovulation, and that date is correct, it would be too early to have pregnancy symptoms. 
Implantation doesn’t occur until 6-12 dpo, and hcg doesn’t build up until apprx 48 hours after that! GOOD LUCK! ✨
